| MANAGERS CASH REPORT

| The build screen has been altered to the following screen shot;
|

|
|
|
|
| Month This reflects the month that you actually paid the owner/manager in. Therefore, if you are running August end of month but you actually completed the Pay Owner/Manager function on the 04/09/06 then the month to build this report for would be September.
|
|
|
| Date Range is optional, to be used in replace of Month, however you must ensure you date range covers 04/09/06 using the above example.
|
|
|
| Group by Area Sort By GL Code – these two options are currently still under construction for future versions.
|
|
|
| View By Gives you the option to have a summary for the month by GL code, 'Date Range' builds with the same layout although allows you to use the from and to fields for a specific date.
|
|
|
| Important Note:
|
| Third Party Payments and General Transfers are NOT included in this report.
|
|
|
| This report should balance back to the total payment to manager for the end of month completed.
|
| E.g. if this report is built for September then it would balance to the Total Payment to Manager Figure on the Trust Summary for August.
|
