| Trouble Shooting Long Term Debtors Ledger
| There are 3 key reasons for a permanent resident not showing on the Long Term Debtors Ledger.
| 1. In the reservation column of the booking there is a setting called long term this must say YES.
| 2. In the general/accommodation account there must be a repeat charge setup that is current ie the until date in the repeat charge must be in the future.
| 3. The paid to date on longer term accounts is based on the lowest period id number of the repeat charges on the account. Therefore the rental repeat charge must have the lowest period id in order for the resident to show on the Long Term Debtors Ledger.
| The lowest period id number is always given to the first repeat charge that is setup on the account, hence the rental charge should always be set first.
| Below is a screen shot of repeat charges that have been setup correctly.

| Whereas in this example you can see that the electricity charge has been setup first giving it the lower period id of 1125. In this scenario the resident will not show on the Long Term Debtors Ledger.
