| RMS has four charts, although some versions of RMS do not have access to all charts:

| Reservation Chart
|
| Availability Chart
|
| Month Chart
|
| Position Chart
|
| The Reservation Chart and Month Chart are colour coded, allowing you to see at a glance the status of a reservation displayed.
|
|
|
| Reservations can be modified from the Reservation Chart, you may extend a reservation or move it to a different room.
|
|
|
| Statistical information can be obtained from the Availability Chart, which is also directly linked to the To Do List and F9 quote screen.
|
|
|
| The Position Chart provides a snapshot of daily movements and availability.
|
|
|
| The Month Chart is used by Facility (non accommodation) sites to see reservations for a day at a time and over the month.
|
|
|
|
|
| From all charts you may see reservations or information from the past, present and future.
|
