An Introduction to RMS Ancillary Setup

This chapter of RMSHelp is additional to the Setup Menu. Some of the features listed here are used in conjunction with settigs selected in Set Up whilst other features are optional, to be used as required.  
 
This chapter contains additional information that allows you to setup and maintain the RMS system.  
 
If you have made any of the below fields mandatory you will need to enter information in these topics before placing any reservations in your system;  
Travel Agents (click on a green topic to go to that topic)  
Booking Source  
 
If you have chosen to use passwords to gain access to RMS, please enter enter the relevent details into the Security Profiles.  
 
Field Maintenance will allow you to govern what fields are shown on the reservation details screen, client details screen and event reservation details screen.  
 
RMSOnline Options provide several custom settings you may choose to apply to your online screens.
