| Requirements in RMS are attached to a client record, added to a reservation, or added to the To Do list as an office reminder. They are designed to add additional services/charges/ requirements to a reservation eg newspapers, cots, additional blankets, chocolates on arrival etc.

| Requirements assist your staff by highlighting actions required - appear on Housekeeper Lists and a Requirements report lists all tasks for each day. A monitored requirement will appear on the To Do list each day until it is marked as completed.

| Requirements may be set up for a single day eg. flowers on arrival
|
|
|
| each day during the reservation eg. newspaper
|
|
|
| as an office calendar reminder eg. Plumber in Block A
|
|
|
| as a Monitored requirement eg. replace smoke alarm batteries
|
|
|
|
|
| If you intend charging guests for a requirement, it is possible to arrange that charge as the requirement is being established.
