| RMS has two types of companies;
|

| Company Unknown
|
|
|
| Company:
|
| These are companies which you have entered into RMS. These companies may have a charge back account with your property. The company field in the reservation screen cannot be free typed, you must select the company from the drop down list, see Setup, Companies.

| Company Unknown:
|
| This field found in the reservation screen are for those companies which you have no record of in RMS. This field is for free type and the company does not have to be recorded in RMS.
|
| When you enter information into this field you will be asked if you would like to create a record for the company, yes will create a new record, no will ignore the company.
|
|
|
| When using companies in RMS you are able to perform multiple tasks;

| Print Company Statements
|
| Perform Company Payments
|
| Build statistical and revenue reports based on Companies
|
