Interconnecting Tab

| Go to the Setup menu, upper tool bar then select Category/Room, highlight the desired category then select the Area button, then Add.

| This feature enables multiple Areas to be linked and booked as one entity that being the interconnecting room.
|
|

| Please speak with your trainer if you wish to utilize this feature.

| The below screen should only be able to be seen on the interconnecting master area. Where;
|
| 101a & 101b are the two real areas which can be booked in your system. When you wish to book them together you may call them simply 101. In this example 101 would be the master room.

| The only way to activate this tab is to ensure that you tick the Interconnecting Category option under the Category setup.
|
|
|
| Tick the option for Master Interconnecting Area then choose the first area on the left and move to the right using the arrows in the centre.
|
|
|
| Unless you are using the RMSOnline module the interconnecting master rooms should not have the statistics tick on the area tab.
