What is the In House Report?
Lists all reservations with a status of arrived. You can group it by Arrival Date or Category and sort it by Name, Room and Arrival Date.
You can also choose to have PABX Extensions show on the report.
This report can show all reservations or Accommodation / Event Reservations only.
Why Use This Report?
This report is typically used for After Hours Operation and Security – this report is often taken to the managers onsite residence when they lock the office for the night so that they have a quick reference guide as to which guest is where on the property. Alternately if the property employs the services of an After Hours security company they would provide them with this report.
