Please follow this Setup Guide to install the RMS I-Backup Module of the RMS System.  
 
Step 1.  
Log in to RMS on the machine that you perform your regular Backups.  
Go to  
Set Up, General Information  
Click  
The Modules tab  
Enter  
Your Internet Backup Registration No. – "Insert Rego Number Here"  
Choose  
Save  
 
When entering your registration number, be sure there are NO SPACES BEFORE OR AFTER YOU REGISTRATION NUMBER.

Step 2.  
Click  
   Backup tab  
Tick  
   Back up to the Hard Drive  
Select  
   4 times to back up to hard drive each day. We recommend 8am, 12pm, 4pm & 8pm but you can select your own quiet times. It is recommended to leave at    least 2 hours between each backup.  
Tick  
   Backup Offsite  
Enter  
   "Server Address" as – 216.194.67.91  
Enter  
   "Username" as – "Insert Username Here"  
Enter  
   "Password" as – "Insert Password Here"  
 
Again when entering your server address, username and password, be sure there are NO SPACES BEFORE OR AFTER SERVER ADDRESS, USERNAME OR PASSWORD.  
 
Select  
   a time for your system to perform an Offsite Backup – We would suggest after 11pm or another time where it is unlikely that anyone will    be using RMS.

Choose  
   Save & Exit  
Exit RMS.  
 
Step 3.  
Open  
   your RMS Backup.  
Choose  
   Backup (top right hand corner with the Green Arrow)

Minimize the Backup and you will notice that it will now be in your system tray. Leave the back up running 24hours a day for your I-Backup to be able perform its scheduled Backups.  
 
To test and perform an Internet Backup;  
Double click  
   on the I-Backup icon in your system tray.  
Dot  
   Internet  
Choose  
   Begin Backup

This will now force an Internet Backup. Once finished, again minimize.  
 
To check that it a backup was performed successfully, follow Step 4.  
 
Step 4.  
Accessing your I-Backup files through the RMS webpage;  
If you want to check and or download your backup files you are able to do this through our web page: www.rms-global.com

From the home page, scroll down to the bottom and click on "RMS I-Backup Customer log in".  
 
Your username and password set for the I-Backup will be required for you to log in.

This will display dates (in U.S format) and days of the week. Click on which day you require which will open to your backup files. Copy these files to your RMS backup folder for access.
