Additional Housekeeping Tasks can be set up in Ancilliary Setup, Housekeeper Tasks.
Highlight the Tasks you wish to use in the Available Tasks box and click on the right arrow to move them to the Allocated Tasks box.
Note:
The setup of housekeeping is determined using a tiered aproach.
For example, when you make a reservation, 3 things are checked
If there is a housekeeping schedule setup associated to the tariff table (appled to the reservation that you are making), it will be used in preference of everything else
If there is no tariff table schedules setup, the system will look for the housekeeping setup on the category belonging to that reservation
If there is no setup on the category, then the system looks at the general information
Therefore:
Tariff Table -> Category -> General Information to locate what to do.
