What is the Housekeepers Report?
For specific dates, shows a list of rooms that are marked for servicing or linen changes. This report is only accurate if the housekeeping module is activated.
You can sort this report by area or status; it can also be grouped by Category or Housekeeper etc.
This report can be build for all rooms or rooms marked for cleaning only.
You may choose to show Maintenance reservations or Owner Occupied reservations if required.
Why Use This Report?
This report is generated by most properties daily and given to their housekeeping staff. It advises them of each room that requires some sort of action whether it be departure clean, service, service with linen or vacant inspect. This report also has the option to advise the housekeeper how much time a task should take and they can record the time spent. The housekeeping report can be printed per staff member so that they have their own worksheet and it will also include any requirements for the housekeeper attention such as cots, rollaway beds and extra towels. In addition to this there is a comment column so the housekeepers can record information about the rooms such as maintenance problems that will need to be attended to.
