Holding Payment to Owners

| HOLD PAYMENT
|
| This feature allows you to hold back payment to an owner, this payment then becomes a brought forward figure for the owner in the following month.
|

|
| There are two options when choosing to hold payment for an owner;
|
|
|
| 1. Holding the Entire payment
|
| To hold the entire payment from the owner simply go to the drop down Client menu and choose Search.
|
| Choose to search by your preferred method and ensure to highlight the client type of 'Owner' at the bottom left of the screen.
|
| Once your owner is found double click on the record, then go to the banking tab
|
| Place a tick in the 'Hold Payment' option, then save and exit.
|
| 2. Holding a specific amount from the owner
|
|
|
| To hold a specific amount from the owner simply go to the drop down Client menu and choose Search.
|
|
|
| Choose to search by your preferred method and ensure to highlight the client type of 'Owner' at the bottom left of the screen.
|
| Once your owner is found double click on the record, then go to the banking tab
|
| Place a tick in "Hold Payment' option, then enter the amount you wish to hold in the 'Up To' option. Save and Exit.
