Groupings

| Go to Setup Menu from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Groupings, then select Add.

| The grouping feature allows accounts, booking sources, areas, tasks or special events to be placed in like groups when displayed in Reports or on the screen.
|

| Eg for Accounts;
|
| Grouping Account codes
|
| Accommodation - Huts
|
| Accommodation - Vans
|
| Accommodation - Units
|
| Sub total Accommodation
|
|
|
| Electricity
|
| Gas
|
| Water
|
| Sub total Meters
|

|
| Groups may be established for a range of uses. Please refer to each area for suggested usage.

| Creating Groupings for Event Managment:
|
| Select to use the heading for 'Tasks'.
|
|
|
| This allows you to place all providers of a similar task consecutively on reports together. For example, Catering, Internal, Entertainment etc
|

|
| Creating Groupings for Owner Accounting:
|
| Groupings can only be a maximum of 6 characters. For the use of owner statements each of the 5 groups must be set to Accounts, these are then attached to account codes and placed in chosen order on the Owner Accounting screen.

| Creating Groupings for Special Events:
|
| Client Special Events can be set up to report Birthdays, Anniversaries etc attached to client records to report on these events so you can then contact teh client if you wish.
