| Click on the Ancilliary Set Up drop down arrow, upper tool bar then select the Foreign Exchange Rates option, then Add button to display the Foreign Exchange Rates set up screen.

| This feature is designed to convert foreign currency amounts to the local currency unit. It has most applicability in India.

| If this feature is used in countries with a floating exchange rate, frequent adjustment of the exchange rate will be necessary to maintain accuracy. RMS recommend results provided be used as an indicative measure only.
