Field Maintenance

| Go to Setup Menu drop down arrow from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Field Maintenance.

| This function allows you to select the fields you wish to show on the Reservation column and the Client column on the reservation screen.
|

|
| Use of this feature will provide screens which show only those fields required and in the order you use them - customise each operator's screen to gain maximum advantage
|

| When the User Manager is selected, the fields selected will be the default fields for your property. Each User may decide to hide additional fields and reorder the display but fields selected as hidden under the Manager cannot be retrieved by other users.

| A test display is provided for the client and reservations screens, on the right.
|
|
|

| Hide/Show:
|
| To hide a field, remove the tick by clicking on the box in the selected fields. Each field will disappear from the test display on the right.
|
|
|
| To show the field again, select the box re-establishing the field in the display.
|
|
|
| Re-order:
|
| To change the position of a field simply highlight the field required and then select either the up or down arrow. The field will move up or down in the test display as directed. Each click on an arrow will move the field one position.

|
| Repeat both the above steps for any operator who wishes a display different to that set for the manager. You can only change the order or take further fields away, not include fields that the manager has made inactive. Be sure to select the correct operator before making changes.

| Note that you may change Client fields, Res Fields and Event Fields (where Events are used)
