| What is this feature?
|
| When RMS is used to read your meters, this feature is where you find the Meter reading List and consumption reports. It is also where you will print accounts for residents showing the usage and cost of each utility. see also Electricity/Gas/Water for setting up meters.

| Meter Reading List
|
| This report will provide a list of all occupied sites, for the selected utility. It will be printed in the order you established in set up, providing a logical progression around your site. If Read all meters has been selected, all meters will be included in the list - this feature is often used to check against fraudulent use of a utility. Vacant sites should not be showing any usage.

| Meter/ Account Update
|
| This is where the meter readings are entered in RMS. Please take care with these steps as it can be very time consuming correcting errors made here.
|
|
|
| Take a back up immediately before commencing the Meter account update. This provides a platform to restore to if difficulties are encountered.

|
|
| Select Start New Consumption Report ( the alternate Add to current consumption report should only be used if there was an interruption during entering data and you are returning to complete entering the latest readings)

|
| The sites will appear in the same order as your reading List.
|
|
|
| Enter the new reading and press Enter to calculate the Charge
|
|
|
|
| DO NOT press Save & Next Area until there is a charge in the Calculated Charge Box.
|
|
|
| When you are satisfied all entries on screen are correct, click on Save %& Next Area and contniue to work through all sites.
|

| Consumption report
|
| This will provide usage and costs for each person and overall totals. It is importnat to retain a copy of this report in your records as it is not held in RM Shistory an dcannot be re-created after the next readings are entered.

|
| Print Accounts
|
| This feature will print accounts with Tax invoices for all sites. It is not normally used if guests pay account sdirectly from their reservation accounts.
