Edit a Reservation

| RMS will allow changes to most fields in existing reservations.

| Changes to Arrival / Departure Dates and Areas will cause RMS to check availability and will warn if those Dates or Areas are not available. Changes which affect tariffs will trigger a message asking if the tariff is to be re-calculated.

|
| To maintain complete records, it is recommended that any changes involving clients allocated to reservations should follow the steps under Client Details, Changing Clients.
|

|
| To edit a reservation you must first locate the particular reservation, this can be done in several ways, some of these are;
|

| F3 - Through the Reservation Search Screen.
|
|
|
| Reservation Chart
|
|
|
| In/Out Screen for current Reservations (only used if the guest is currently In-House)
|
|
|
| Once you have located the reservation, choose to edit the highlighted reservation and simply change the details required, then Save and Exit.
