Edit a Reservation

RMS will allow changes to most fields in existing reservations.  
 
Changes to Arrival / Departure Dates and Areas will cause RMS to check availability and will warn if those Dates or Areas are not available. Changes which affect tariffs will trigger a message asking if the tariff is to be re-calculated.  
   
To maintain complete records, it is recommended that any changes involving clients allocated to reservations should follow the steps under Client Details, Changing Clients.  
 
To edit a reservation you must first locate the particular reservation, this can be done in several ways, some of these are;  
 
F3 - Through the Reservation Search Screen.  
 
Reservation Chart  
 
In/Out Screen for current Reservations (only used if the guest is currently In-House)  
 
Once you have located the reservation, choose to edit the highlighted reservation and simply change the details required, then Save and Exit.
