Credit Transfers

| To apply a credit transfer, the account must have a credit balance from a legitimate receipt.
|

| You may apply a credit transfer to any valid account number in your RMS system. The credit transfer button will only become active when the account balance is in credit.
|

|
| 1. Click once on the Credit Transfer button in the bottom right corner of the account
|
| 2. Enter the account you wish to transfer the receipt to
|
| 3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer if different to the default amount
|
| 4. Select ok
|
| 5. You will receive a confirmation screen, select yes if correct, no if incorrect.
