Credit Transfers

To apply a credit transfer, the account must have a credit balance from a legitimate receipt.  
 
You may apply a credit transfer to any valid account number in your RMS system. The credit transfer button will only become active when the account balance is in credit.  
 
1.   Click once on the Credit Transfer button in the bottom right corner of the account  
2.   Enter the account you wish to transfer the receipt to  
3.   Enter the amount you wish to transfer if different to the default amount  
4.   Select ok  
5.   You will receive a confirmation screen, select yes if correct, no if incorrect.  
 
   Please note: Accounts cannot be transferred if Owner/Trust Accounting is being used.
