Creating a Screen Shot

If requested by one of the RMS Support Staff to send in a screen shot of your message on screen please take the following steps:  
 
1. With the message on screen hold the 'PrtScn' button on your keyboard down for a few seconds then release  
2. Using Start, Programs open your Microsoft Word Application  
3. Left click once on Edit  
4. Left click once on Paste  
 
You now have two options you can either fax or email your screenshot:  
 
FAX:  
To fax your screen shot simply click once on the print icon at the top of the page and fax to 03 9335 2082.  
 
EMAIL:  
To email your screen shot please follow the below instructions;  
1. Save the document to your desktop, naming it something appropriate  
2. Close out of your Word application  
3. Close out of your error screen  
4. Minimise or Exit RMS  
5. Right click once on your document which you will find on your desktop  
6. Go to 'Send To'  
7. Left click once on 'Mail Recipient'  
8. Enter the following email address attach@rms-global.com  
9. Click once on 'Send'
