Creating a Screen Shot

| If requested by one of the RMS Support Staff to send in a screen shot of your message on screen please take the following steps:
|
|
|
| 1. With the message on screen hold the 'PrtScn' button on your keyboard down for a few seconds then release
|
| 2. Using Start, Programs open your Microsoft Word Application
|
| 3. Left click once on Edit
|
| 4. Left click once on Paste
|
|
|
| You now have two options you can either fax or email your screenshot:
|

|
| FAX:
|
| To fax your screen shot simply click once on the print icon at the top of the page and fax to 03 9335 2082.
|
|
|
| EMAIL:
|
| To email your screen shot please follow the below instructions;
|
| 1. Save the document to your desktop, naming it something appropriate
|
| 2. Close out of your Word application
|
| 3. Close out of your error screen
|
| 4. Minimise or Exit RMS
|
| 5. Right click once on your document which you will find on your desktop
|
| 6. Go to 'Send To'
|
| 7. Left click once on 'Mail Recipient'
|
| 8. Enter the following email address attach@rms-global.com
|
| 9. Click once on 'Send'
|
|
|
