Country groupings

| What is this feature?
|
| Specify a number of countries to form a group which can be used to provide marketing data. eg India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka can be grouped in a South Asia group to simplify reporting.

| How is it set up?
|
| Go to the arrow to the right of the Set Up button, click and select Country Groupings
|
|
|
|
|
| At the above screen, select Add
|
|
|
| Add a group heading
|
| Highlight the country required an dclick on the left facing arrow to shift the country to the left hand box.
|
| Repeat this step for all countries comprising this group
|
|
|
|
| Save and proceed to set up the next group
|
|
|
| How is it used?
|
|
|
| Go to Management reports, select Clients by Region and select the By Group Country option, date range an dspecify reservation reporting conditions.
