What is the Clients by Region Report?
This report shows the number of reservations and tariff figures for bookings that come form a particular region or country. The region is defined by the postcode on the reservation and the country is defined by the country field on the reservation.

Why Use this Report?
This report can be used to see where bookings are coming from as the regions in Australia are specified in the setup and can be made specific to the individual property to track special marketing campaigns.

Important Report Notes:
·For a specified date range, shows the number of reservations, %, tariff and tariff %.  
·The date range can either include reservations where the arrival date falls within the specified date range or where any part of the reservation falls within the date range.  
·The tariff figure comes from the tariff posted where it has been created on the account or the tariff quote where nothing has been posted to the account.  
·You can filter to exclude long term reservations.  
·Regions are used in Australia and are based on postcodes – these are entered through setup.  
·The report can also be run by country Groupings as entered in setup.
