Classifications

What is this feature?  
Classifications are means of identifying clients as belonging to specified groups. They may be used to identify common interests and can be a source of identifying groups for mail merges or marketing information. University Colleges use Classifications to record the interests of their residents. It is then easy to get a list eg cricket players  
   
How is it set up?  
Go to Setup Menu from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Classifications, then select Add.

How is it used?  
Once the client record has been saved, click on Classification to display the screen below. Click on the down arrow to display your list of classifications then simply click on the required item/s to add them to your client record

There is no limit to the number of classifications which can be applied to a client record. This is the only field which can have multiple entries. Hover the mouse over the field to see all classifications assigned to a client.  
 
The Report Writer can be used to obtain lists of clients for specified Classifications.
