Changing Clients allocated to Reservations

| To change a client attached to a reservation you must first ensure that the replacing client already has a record in RMS, if not add a new client record, See Adding a Client Record found in this section of the help files.

| Step One:
|
| Edit the reservation which you wish to change the client details.
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Step Two:
|
| Type the new clients surname in the field provided and select enter on your keyboard. From the list that appears choose the appropriate client record.
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Step Three:
|
| Choose Save and Exit, the below message box will appear select YES and you are done.
|
