| You may set up a list of reasons the reservation did not proceed. Entries made here will be displayed by selecting the drop down arrow in the Business Lost field, Res details.

| The Report writer may be used to produce a range of reports to analyse data.
|
|
|
| Go to Setup Menu drop down arrow from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Business Lost, select Add.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Type the reason for Business Lost E.g. Family Emergency, Bad weather, then choose Save.
