What is the Budget vs. Actual Report?
This report shows you your actual figures for the month in comparison to your budgeted figures.

Why Use this Report?
This report can be used to track performance once the month is finished showing you the variance between your budget and actual and may assist with your future budgeting.

Important Report Notes:

For this report to work you must have entered your budget figures into setup.

Budget figures can be set as a $$ dollar amount against your GL Codes

Budget figures can be set as room nights against your Categories.

This report shows figures for past months once the Update Monthly Figures utility has been completed.

To prevent a duplication in figures each category must have its own individual GL Code.

This report can be run by property where multiple properties are in use.
