| This document is designed as a guide for those users of RMS whom have purchased the BoomGate Interface Module.
| This document is intended to be used by an IT professional.
| What is the RMS BoomGate Module?
| The BoomGate Module works seamlessly with RMS to validate and record the entry and exit of all cars into and out of your property.
| The BoomGate Module is designed to work in conjunction with third party software; this software is to be purchased separately to the RMS software. Our Sales staff will make available a list of providers which we currently interface with.
| Your BoomGate monitor will show in your system tray as the icon below.
| |
| The BoomGate monitor/s act as an interface between the computer and the BoomGate that will show you exactly what is happening at the gate. You will see all of the accesses and exits at each gate within the monitor/s.
| The monitor/s also shows a reason of refusal or entry and which user/guest made the attempt at entry.
| You can create alternate users in the RMS this allows you to create access for your staff, friends, suppliers and emergency services.
