| The booking source is intended as a source of marketing data. Knowledge of the source of a reservation is useful when directing advertising, creating market analysis etc.

| The Reservation List may be sorted by Booking Source or unique reports established through the Report Writer.
|
|
|
| Go to Setup Menu drop down arrow from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Booking Source, then select Add.
|

|
|

| The contacts screen is accessible once the first screen has been saved. Here you would enter the contact details of the person/s which you would correspond with in regards to this Booking Source. Windows prevents use of special grammar symbols so commas, apostrphes, colons etc are to be avoided. It is best to keep to plain text.

| This can be alpha or numeric, but has a limit of 6 characters.

| Booking Source:

| Enter the description of the booking source.
|

|
| Address, Phone & Fax:
|
| If you wish to record the contact details for this Booking Source please enter the relevant information.

| Grouping:
|
| You may attach a grouping if you have elected to utilize these. See Setup, Groupings for further details.
|
|
|
| Notes:
|
| Place any relevant notes regarding the Booking Source into this field.
|
|
|
| Voucher:
|
| If the travel agent provides voucher to their clients for the accommodation you may tick this option.
|
|
|
| Show in RMS Online:
|
| Tick this option if you want to display this booking source for clients are making a reservation using RMS Online
