| Click on the Set Up button, upper tool bar then select General Information to display the tabs below.

| The RMS Internet Backup facility is an inexpensive and extremely effective method of ensuring the safety of your data.
|
| Up to four times each day may be selected for a backup to the hard drive. The backup will proceed without affecting normal operations. One back up will selected as the Offsite back up to be sent to the RMS secure server for storage. The RMS Server will hold 7 days worth of backups for your property at one time.

| Backup Time:
|
| Elected by you. Preferred to be a different time to that of the 4 chosen above.
|

| Compact database prior to back up:
|
| This will reduce the size of your back up by removing spaces. It will increase the speed of transfer of your back up.
|

|
| Include History when Backing Up:
|
| This option will include all of your letter history in your backup. However this function will increase the size of your backup considerably.
|
|
|
| Manual Back up - When RMS I back up is not being used
|
|
|
| Warn if backup not completed within 48 hours:
|
| Activates a warning box if a backup has not been completed within 48 hours.
|
|
|
| Backup Drive:
|
| This feature allows you to select a secondary drive, other than the hard-drive to complete a manual backup to.
