| What is this feature?
|
| Attributes can be applied to Areas, Categories or Properties to identify places with particular characteristics. eg Ocean view, disabled access, floodlights, parking available. etc.

| Selection of an attribute to search on will show only those assets with that attribute. They do not need to be in the same category, they just need to have had an attibute selected.
|
|
|
| Attributes are often used to find facilities with specific characteristics eg air conditioned halls, disabled access, floodlights. ocean views, spa rooms etc.
|

|
|
|
| To set up Attributes:
|
| 1. Click on the arrow next to the Set Up button, upper tool bar. Scroll down the list to Attributes.
|
| Choose the Add button
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Select Add to display this screen
|
|
|
|
| Enter the Attribute description
|
| Associate the Attribute to one of the options - most often used with Areas.
|
|
|
| A list of features Rooms, Properties or Categories can be established here, for recalling when setting up. You can establish your own list, adding additional attributes at any time.
|

| Select Save and Exit
|
|
|
|
|
| 2. Apply attributes
|
| eg to a room. Go to Set Up menu, Area/Category
|
|
|
| select a room and go to Attribute tab. Select the required attribute/s from the Master list,
|
| Save and Exit.
|
|
|
|
|
| 3. Using attributes
|
| These attributes may be displayed at the Quote/Availability screen when making a reservation. See also Setup Menu, Category/Rooms, Rooms, and Attributes.
