Attaching a Travel Agent to a Reservation

| A Travel Agent can be attached to a reservation by attaching the Agent while making a reservation or editing an existing reservaiton.

| To add a new reservation see Single Reservations under the Reservation chapter.

| To edit an existing reservation see Edit a Reservation under the Reservation chapter.
|

| Once you have the reservation screen open you will find a Travel Agent field under the reservation details column. Simply place your cursor in this field and hit the enter button on your keyboard, alternatively click once on the arrow that appears in the right side of the field. From the list choose the Agent you wish to attach then save and exit.

| Note: If you cannot see the Travel Agent field, this may be because you have chosen to hide it under the Field Maintenance section of RMS. See Ancillary Setup, Field Maintenance.

| If the Travel Agent field is blue this indicates that you have made it mandatory in your setup menu. See Setup Menu, General Information, Reservations Tab.
