What is the Arrival List?
For a specific date range, lists all reservations arriving. You can sort this report by room, arrival or departure date; you can also group the report by Category or Room etc.
Also includes balances of accounts and reservation notes.
Why Use This Report?
This report is generated by most properties on a daily basis – it allows them to see who is due to arrive and what room/site they have been allocated to. This is useful in the event of a power out as the property can still check guests in and allocate keys whilst they cannot access the system.
