What is the Area Income Summary Report?
Report shows the income derived from reservations over the period in that category of accommodation by each individual room.

Why Use this Report?
This report can be used to see if some rooms in a particular category may be utilized more than others and therefore generate more revenue. This may be used as a Management tool to assist with room allocation and pricing.

Important Report Notes:
·Report is driven by date range  
·Report allows you to select the category you wish to report on then shows a breakdown for each room in that category.  
·Shows the revenue broken down into tariff, sundry and total  
·Shows the number of reservations allocated to that room for the period.  
·Provides averages for the dollar values.
