What is the Area Availability Report?
For a specific date, this report shows you how long a room is available for and the date that it is available until.
You may select all categories, or a specific category.

Why Use This Report?
This report may be run if a property is expecting a scheduled power out or will not have access to their computer for some reason – this report will allow them to deal with an walk in bookings and reservation enquires in the coming few days.

RoomAvailability

Important Report Notes:
·Reported from a specific date, defines each rooms availability  
·Available Till = Date of when the area is next booked  
·Days Available = Daily count from date built to date Available Till.  
·Total Available = Number of rooms available as of date built.  
·Can be run for specific category or property (if multiple properties being used)  
·Option to start each group on a new page
