Alumni Clients

To set a student to Alumni you must first ensure that you have created a student status of Alumni under the setup menu. See RMS Setup, Client Status.  
 
Go to the client/student search screen and run a search for the student in question, then edit the record.  
 
Locate the Status field in the student details column, using the drop down arrow select alumni, then save the record. In the bottom left hand of the screen you will see a button named 'History - Active'.  
 
Click this button and you will see the below screen.

From the Alumni Details screen you can nominate correspondence exclusions and set an alumni status. Details as a student come from the actual student details.  
 
Donations Tab:  
From this screen you can enter donations received from Alumni Students. Record the donation tye i.e. Building Fund choose a sundry charge from the drop down list, enter the amount of the donation. If the donation is result of a pledge tick this option.  
Once you click save you will be taken directly to the receipt screen, enter the receipt details and save.  
The Alumni - Donations report in the Daily reports menu, lists all donation given and by which alumni student.

Occupation:  
Keep up to date records of Alumni Student occupation details, you may enter as many occupations as needed, simply tick the current option for their most recent occupation.

Pledges:  
If an Alumni Student pledges x amount for a specific fund over time it may be entered into this screen. This screen links directly back to the donations tab for payments.  
Reports will be available in the near future to list the amount of pledges.
