| A three letter set of codes may be established here for use in client records. The correspondence tab provides access to Notes which has an Activity field, allowing sales representatives or others to classify their clients.

| Go to Setup Menu from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Activity Codes, select Add.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Type in your Activity Code, and a breakdown Description the select Save & Exit.
