Account Setup - Correspondence Tab

| Go to Setup from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Accounts, and select the Setup button.

| This tab allows you to create two new buttons which will appear in Reservation\ Client\ Owner\ Company & Travel Agent accounts which are short cuts to the form letters associated to that button.
|
|
|
| Commonly assigned buttons are to the deposit required letter, deposit received letter or Account overdue letter.
|
|
|
| Simply type the description of the letter/button in the caption field, then select from the drop down arrow to the right which form letter you wish to associate to that button.
