Defence Introduction

RMS Defence is a fully featured property management system tailored to the specific needs of the military. Used extensively in military barracks, it provides an advanced accommodation reservation system and meal recording system.

RMS is a preferred supplier to Australian Defence Force. Our system is used in most barracks in Australia and is gaining usage in the United Kingdom.

  

A comprehensive management system

RMS Defence compiles extensive personnel records, which can be used in relation to reservations, meals and reports.

The personnel screen provides fields for service number, name, contact details and other relevant information. Screen layouts are flexible, with customised field names to suit military use.

The meal management system controls and records meal usage. A full range of reports is provided, including customised reports to facilitate functions such as meals forecasts.

Large groups, and bulk room selection, are easily handled and confirmation of reservations can be emailed directly. A complete suite of reservations reports is provided. Personnel records can be retained and used for future bookings.

RMS Defence can be combined with our online reservations system, RMS Online, to take bookings 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere.

RMS Workforce

RMS Workforce is a fully featured management system for workforce operations, with specialised functions to meet the particular requirements of workforce managers.

  

A comprehensive management system

Easy-to-use screens and daily reports make camp control as simple as pressing a button. Accurate numbers on site can be recorded, including employee, contractor and sub-contractor listings, and full histories can be compiled. An 'On Hold' feature is provided to take into account periods of absence on leave.

Reports can be produced for any date range to enable historical records to be quickly prepared and to facilitate forecasting. A maintenance and 'To Do' list is included, covering full site information.

The system has a complete reservation management system and group bookings for accommodation can be easily handled. Where dining hall management is required, RMS Meals can be integrated with the system. Using the latest swipe card technology, RMS Meals records meal usage and reports total activity for costing and regulatory purposes. Meal tickets can be printed or RMS Meals can be linked to access control devices such as turnstiles to manage authorised access.

RMS software is sold on the basis of the number of concurrent users accessing the system at any one time. The system can be used from any computer with internet access by the number of operators pursuant to the number of concurrent licence subscriptions held.
